I am 22 and might not be mayor but i am the operations manager for a major US retailer. I oversee 600 stores in 10 states with over 200 employees. Some of us out here are working hard and have been since age 15/16.

You will be surprised to know that DEI has ruined the medical field. Look into the issues the Surgeons certification is going through. The new rules do NOT require the intern in surgery to perform surgeries alongside the head surgeon they only require the intern to be PRESENT for a number of hours in the surgery pavilion!!! The head surgeon MUST then sign off on the hours. This is DEI so good luck finding a capable young physician in 2030. I would put all my chips in with this young person anytime. My 22 and 26 year olds son, college graduates Engineering and Physiology, Eagle Scouts are better equipped at running a town than the Supermayor Tiffany Heiniard and even the judge that was just removed. So I can guarantee you this young woman will have better judgment than the new class of surgeons DEI is pushing
