Ljubav je svuda means Love is everywhere(or love is all around) that's why they said it at the end.The song is about girl who is falling in love with the guy she likes and the other two reperesents the voices of good and bad like angel and devil(their national performance outfits were better) the bad one (Sara) telling her that he doesn't love her and that he will cheat on her and have her heart broken in the end but on the other hand the good one (Mirna) tells her that love is everywhere and that he is "the one" who will love her and take care of her she just need to listen to her heart.Hope I clarify the meaning.Great video btw😊

Yes, the costume on the national final was like devil-angel type and these outfits were messy, many think they lost bcs people couldn't get meaning from the song. Blonde girl (Nevena -she represented Serbia in 2019 with the song Kruna) also Sara Jo the black one lost from Konstrakta in 2022.
