I put it on disabled by mistake, and now when I turn on the computer it won't load Vga and Dvi cable in the monitor and the monitors won't turn on, the computer works but it shows me a black screen I can't do anything. How to re-enter the bios and change it .What to do

Сбрось биос, вынь батарейку и через 15 минут вставь обратно

turn the PC off, remove the battery from motherboard for 30 seconds to reset the BIOS settings, it should work to get image back on screen.
