Can you explain why you've questioned that fact after all Germany could hold both Summer and Winter because of the country's position in the World, Whereas England can only hold the summer games because no mountains and when the Olympics were held outsiders to Germany didn't know about the human rights crimes taking place, or if they did, they pushed it aside that wasn't Germany's fault
There was nothing remarkable about it. France held both the Winter and Summer Games in 1924. The Americans did the same in 1932.
Here Are The Countries That Hosted Both The Winter Olympic Games And Summer Olympic Games In Same Year (Same Country) France In 1924! And USA In 1932! Germany In 1936! Japan Was About To Do This In 1940! But Was Not Going To Happen Because Of WW2!
