I recently took a spin on the Navigator of the Seas on a short 3-night voyage from Los Angeles to Ensenada, Mexico. Check out everything I did on board, plus a few looks at Ensenada. Thanks for a great review! However just a note- I believe that was green tea and/or matcha green tea ice cream that you were eating. Very delicious !! But no such thing as "mochi- flavored" ice cream. It would simply be called mochi ice cream, and it would have a delicious chewy texture surrounding the ice cream.
Thanks for the clarification! You are very correct.
@@JacksonJetsetting Thanks so much for clarifying and once again, great thorough videos! I found them very helpful :)
have a great cruise!@@han79045
Video confirms ..Chops has fallen. When it first came out early 2000s..the food was WOW! Now tis trickle the price and the steaks taste chewy. They soak them in tenderizer which I expect in the dining room, but when paying what they charge for Chops....ridiculous.
Well said!
I'm thinking about going on this cruise later in the year. Thanks for all the info.
Thanks for watching!
This is awesome! Myself and some friends are in the fence and this helps so much ☺️
Happy to help!
We hit this ship in 2 weeks..... Thank you for the info... great video
Awesome, have a great time, and feel free to reach out with questions!
@@JacksonJetsetting I really appreciate that thank you again
@La lija absolutely!
I’ve done this cruise twice, nice reporting.
Thanks for watching!
É claro que eu também estou muito satisfeito com esse cara que tá já viajou no Navigator of The seas
Thanks for watching!
What a killer deal you got on the dinning package!
I agree!
Thanks for posting! I live in Los Angeles and got my first taste of Royal in early May out of Miami. It was a 4 day to Coco Cay and Nassau. I've done the Ensenada itinerary a few times already on Princess and Carnival, but would love to try it on Navigator. So which cruise did you prefer, Carnival Radiance or Royal Navigator? And by the way I've heard the food on Carnival Radiance is terrible.
I have another video about Radiance. Loved my time on both- Navigator is a better ship!
How was the ride? Was it smooth? Or were you able to feel the boat moving back and forth
You can feel it at points- just depends on sea state!
Jackson, great video. You mentioned that you purchased the Unlimited dining package option for a 3 night Cruise. Did you find that it was worth it given the short duration of the trip with so many dining options while taking into consideration that there are also dining that is included in the Main Dining Room and Buffet?
Yes, I feel like the extra money was well worth it on the short cruise. I had so many opportunities to use it and the food quality increased greatly as a result!
Thanks for this awesome short, sweet and informative video. The $20 credit for the a la carte is per meal, not per day right?
Correct, it's basically always reusable.
Where is the location of the ceviche cart? We are going on the Navigator next weekend.
once you arrive, walk out to the large Mexican flag (can't miss it). it'll be up the main street that leads to it from downtown, about 4 blocks up. "La Guerrerense Cartera"
We are going on this ship this week. Not having the dinner package. What do you think of the main dining room? Very informative video.
I didn’t have any time to try it out!
Hi Jackson love your videos, great info and very helpful. Was the $250 per night or total for the entire trip? I'm looking to book this one for a quick getaway
It was- thanks for watching! Prices have gone up a lot over the last year
Will be going on this cruise in a couple of weeks. Just wanted to confirm the escape room was open recently? I know a lot of royal ships haven't opened the escape room so wanted to check. Also, is that something you have to wait to book until on the ship, or can you book in the cruise planner before? Do you know what the normal hours were? Thanks for the info!
It was open on my cruise in May. I booked when I got on board- you might want to do the same! I believe hours started at about 10 AM in the morning and wrapped up in the late afternoon.
Which one do you prefer between Carnival and Royal?
I prefer royal
Great video. What was the name of the Mexican place you had for lunch in Ensenada?
La guerrerense cartera
@@JacksonJetsetting thank you for the information.
Never been on a cruise. Should I book directly on the website or go thru a travel agent?
I recommend a travel agent (I am one!). Leveraging their expertise and promos will save you time and money.
@@JacksonJetsetting link for your travel agency please?
@@scarletspider9891 Sure thing- feel free to email me at mark@jacksonjetsetting.com!
Did they require COVID vaccine documentation on this cruise? We only have the photo of our vaccine cards.
yes they do
Thank you
Did you use the paid Wifi? Do you know if it’s any good?
I did, I felt that it was so-so
Do you need a passport to board the ship ?
Not on this itinerary- birth cert and ID works
