Sandra you have really been through the ringer lately but having a positive attitude and personality is so important, luckily you have these things. Secondly you look gorgeous. Losing 40lbs when you're sick is simply unbelievable! Of course we're not gonna' judge you negatively for your appearance. For one, you're sick and the meds were causing weight gain, not your lifestyle. Honestly I think you're pretty darn attractive and I know Chris must think the world of you since you've stuck together so long, through good and bad. Personally I watch your vids because of your warm heart, your caring and nurturing nature and will to help those in need, devotion to your family, the interesting places you go, your weather vids and to get an appreciation of a life I have not lived. Really you're pretty unique after everything you've been through. Stay happy and strong and keep looking to the future you will be ok.

I'm so sorry you are going through this. Sending prayers your way. I am not at all familiar with your diagnosis but I have hashimotos which is another autoimmune disease. Just a few months ago I found a functional medicine doctor that has been amazing. I've suffered with mine for 13 years diagnosed that is. Probably had it longer though and no one knew. I've pretty much had no luck with other doctors just kept giving me medication saying oh all your numbers are good you must be fine. Anyways it wasn't until I found my current doctor that my life changed. He first did a lot of labs and put me on a repair diet. I'm not going to lie the diet was hard but by the third week I had absolutely no pain or aches in my joints what so ever. I could not believe it. See with my autoimmune disease I had a lot of inflammation in my body and this diet helped reduce that. Have any of your doctors ever ran a blood test to check your inflammation?
My mom is doing quite well. She has a few medical issues that she is having tests for but overall she has been such a big help to me while she she is living with us.
Oh my doctor is Dr. David Clark he actually has some you tube videos if you want to take a look. He works a lot with people with autoimmune diseases. There might be some information that you could use. Good luck. Wishing you all the best.
