11:41 Charlotte safari tours 😂 She sounds like David Attenborough (sorry if I didn’t spell it right). Very great video!
Thanks Jack, we had a good time!
Yeah she does.
Wow Big Thunder Mountain looked amazing! Jokes aside this looks like such a cute little park with a great offering for all ages.
It sure is a great family park with plenty on offer!
This brings back childhood memories, though much of it has changed, a lot of it is familiar.
wow haven't seen/been to Pettitts for a very very long time, never had many rides back then but more playgrounds always enjoy the vids when you come to my local attractions. Those mini coasters are over before they've started.. i often wonder what's the point.. they're so short. I reckon the goats are happy cause they're not being poked, prodded and touched like they would normally have to endure. lol
So lovely giving these smaller parks some love. I used to go to Pettits all the time as a child.
Thank you Adam
I used to work at Reedham and would pass this neat little park nearly every day. It started life back in the 70s as Pettitte's Feather Craft and over the years have added more attractions. Thumbs up nice video👍👍👍
Though raccoons lifespans are very short in the wild, when in captivity, they can live for up to 20 or so years.
Thanks for the information!
WOW that is amazing!
Looks a very charming park with a nice selection. Hopefully this place has a promising future.
That mini-railway driver was loving life wasn't he?! haha
Oh yeah, best job EVER
Coaster Crazy 😂 choo choo 🚂
I’d love to do that all day!
exceptional little park if i do say so myself! a small ferris wheel like a kiddy sized one would be a nice addition as well! great vlog as always!
It is indeed!
"He's gonna die!" You two had me in stitches xD
Every year Charlotte manages to sneak more and more goat content into this channel. I see what you're up to, Charlotte, and I fully support Goat Park Worldwide. 😂
She does indeed! Thanks for watching
Watching from Wales❤️I'm loving this vlog so far, and thanks for all the updations around the parks!!😊
Thank you for watching Abi
I remember coming here to Pettitts when I was about 4 years old and loved feeding the animals and going on the little train and other rides. I even have some old childhood photos as well. Last time I came was in the late 2000s and it has changed a lot. 🙂
It’s a great little park indeed
While you have been to the UK, meand my friend did our French Coaster Mega Trip. Back in our homeland, we are about to tell you abut day 8 of our trip. This time we stopped at two amusement parks that my friend planned: Walibi Sud-Ouest and Animaparc Occitanie. We also stopped at the Alpine Coaster of Cap Découverte. So lets tell you about it so when you go to those parks, you will know what to expect:
When we entered Walibi Sud-Ouest, we immediately noticed that it was located in a particularly green environment, in the gardens of a castle. The greenery immediately created the cozy atmosphere that it radiated.
Since the Boomerang roller coaster was out of order when we came, we started our day on the children's roller coaster, Coccinelle. This Zierer Tivoli Large gave a very smooth ride for its age.
It is immediately noticeable that this park sticks to the old mascots from the Music Battle, even though it has not been part of the CDA group that introduced a new mascot in the other Walibi parks for several years.
After a walk through the wooded area we arrived at our next attraction, the Zamperla Wild Mouse, Scratch. at first I feared to get a rough ride, just like I got in the sister park Walibi Rhône-Alpes, which has a similar track. But nothing could be further from the truth, this copy was much smoother, but I still don't really like this type of Wild Mouse.
Since the park is located in the south of France, it quickly became warm and then we obviously do not skip a water attraction, especially if there is almost no queue here. Drakkar was a simple Log Flume with a single drop. Nothing special, but always fun.
We did a bit of a thrill look in the recent Shot Drop tower, Dark Tower, built by Huss. I thought we would get a ride like on Screaming Eagle in Bellewaerde, as this was a similar attraction, but much higher. Unfortunately this turned out to be the most boring tower I ever did, I did not experience much more than being launched upwards and there was no airtime at all, so quite a setback.
We decided to skip the Rapid River. As much as we love doing this type, the queue was too long for us.
And so we arrived at our last roller coaster of the visit, the Boomerang. It had meanwhile been restored and fortunately we did not have to wait long. Everyone knows this type of roller coaster, because there are thirteen in a dozen of them. Nevertheless, we have to say that this copy ran very smoothly.
And so it was time to leave this park. Although we mainly found standard attractions here, it was the atmosphere that provided us with a positive experience. Walibi Sud-Ouest is certainly worth an extra visit in the future, if you still invest in new attractions.
After driving the necessary kilometers on French roads, we arrived at Animaparc Occitanie. This park is still relatively young and is celebrating its 15 the anniversary. They did this with the opening of a new roller coaster.
When we entered the park we immediately noticed that it was very well maintained and the atmosphere immediately felt good. We immediately hiked to this year's novelty, Twister Colorado. This Spinning Coaster from SBF Visa Group had quite high supports, which led us to suspect that the necessary decoration will follow later. The ride was amusing and the track fits the target audience perfectly.
The park's second roller coaster is also very family-oriented. Far West Express is also a coaster for the Italian builder SBF Visa Group. Again a nice ride that you take a few times. The track was neatly decorated and again fits perfectly into the park.
After trying out the big attractions, we decided to walk through the animal forest, where many animals can be spotted, a bit like a petting zoo. In another part of the forest you can discover a lot of dinosaurs. Here we thought it was a bit of a shame that they were all static, except for one copy. There were almost no animatronics at all.
After another walk through the pleasant park, we decided to continue our tour to our last stop.
I really think that this park is neat, if for families mostly, but I will still come later in the years if they will expand more.
Our last stop of the day before coming to our hotel was Cap découverte, here you could find an Alpine Coaster from Wiegand. The park turned out to be located in a valley that was once dug for the extraction of coal. To get to the attraction you had to take a seat lift down at the top, which was even free, a plus.
When going down into the seats we saw how green and beautiful the surroundings were. In the middle of the valley there was a large pond for water skiing. There was also a restaurant with a terrace and several toys.
But of course we came for Luge Sur Rail, an Alpine Coaster from Wiegand that looked rather small. This Alpine Coaster, however, managed to give away a fast and especially fun ride.
Pettits was a huge part of my childhood in the early 2000s and for most people from Norfolk and Suffolk. It went through a expensive phase where it became unaffordable to attend and many food and drink prices also sky rocketed, but seems to have reduced prices. The only "big" change from when I last went in around 2007 is the catiplillar coaster replacing a sandy area and the kangaroos replacing a merry go round style ride and the mine train name change from "run away mine train", the golf used to be mostly untheamed and the cars were also basically untheamed apart from i suppose a "driving theme" with traffic lights .Its good to see that they're still putting money into the park again. The sad thing seems go be a lack of repairs on the what was called story book walk where you first walked which in my mind used to be longer. Still holds amazing childhood memories and its great to see the park is still mostly the same
This park holds some great memories. Expecially the humpty dumpty and the train
Thanks for sharing!

Spain without the A
Brilliant vlog Shawn! Looks like a great little park!
What a great day for a vlog. Charlotte was making my laughing in tires when she says that the Racoon is going to DIE SOON. All aboard the Banta buss. She was a mazing when she was showing everyone the Safari tour on the great Jeep ride.
Pettittis has been opened since the 1980s used to be called Pettittis feather craft they used to have Peacocks and other birds as well as goats that used to roam on the grass near the gift shop. Over the years it’s gone from animal park to rides.
What a great family park, the kangaroo ride looks so much fun
Loving these videos of the smaller parks. Really need all our support
Thank you Jacob. They do indeed!
What a gorgeous little park. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
It sure is!
Shawn on the balloon ride:
'Intense little rides these'
*Spinning it as fast as humanly possible*
Hahaha love it!
Such a good laugh!
I remember when my family would drive for 4 hours to go on a holiday and coming to this park every year. The humpty dumpty thing is a great highlight (not the brewery 😂 the animatronic)
He is great!
I loved the vlog and I really do love you Shawn and also the amazing and funny Charlotte. You made my world.
Thanks!

Loved going here as a kid
Big Thunder Mountain looked great! Hope you enjoyed the park.
Sure is good fun!
Fantastic ☺️😊☺️
Great vlog at a cute little park, went 3 weeks ago and loved this place !!
It’s great!
ah, that's why this place looked familiar
I recognised that Disney music straight away - can’t believe they used it! Also the meerkat kingdom sign does look very very similar to Lost Kingdom at Paultons Park
It does indeed!
It looks like a cute park. And the theming looks pretty Weird. Great video!!!❤️❤️❤️
Thank you
This Is My Favourite Animal Park In The UK!!!!! Hope You Had A Good Time 😀
Thank you. We sure did!
Great vlog. Nice to see something new on your channel.
Thank you. It’s always great to visit new places!
I used to go here all the time as a kid, the big house estate and brewery were never there and it was just fields
Thank you for doing this though, there were a lot of good memories in there
Thank you for sharing!
I go uni in Norwich and never even knew this place existed quite surprised how nice of a park it is
It’s definitely worth a visit
This park is actually quite big hope you enjoyed :) great video as always
It sure does have more here than I thought!
I love Raccoons. One of my favourites but not many places keep them.
I can highly recommend Cotswold Wildlife park, Mead Open farm and Rookery farm for goats. At Rookery they have babies in pens and you sit and cuddle them.
You on the balloon ride, funny as mate haha
Such a good laugh!
Interesting to see how it’s changed as I haven’t been there in 20+ years!
Love that tongue action 10/10 omg I never laughed so much in my life
We do have a good laugh!
I think Shawn has a stomach of steel spinning like that :D...another lovely vlog...chris and joanne
Thanks for watching
This is such a cute little place.
I must get down here at some point. Obviously like you said, some original audio would be nice but other than that a great little park. I would like to see some more rides at some point and maybe some more theming. I would like to see maybe a little kiddie drop tower themed to a frog (as it’s an animal) next to the remote controlled boats and then maybe the mad hatters tea cups being re-themed to a monkeys tea party with some monkeys around the ride and some vinal panels to cover up the Alice in Wonderland theming. Just some ideas.
Great vlog. Charlotte & the racoons tickled me 😂 say it how it is 🤣
We had a good laugh!
my kids first roller coasters there!! Thank you!
Thanks!
What a cute little park ☺
Sure is Trevor!
This open many years ago but had new ownership in 2019 where it had been upgraded massively
Very cute park
I live right down the road to pettitts love the vlog
Thanks Mia
Hi!! I’m exited to watch this : D
This parks my childhood aha its about 15 minutes down the road. Haven't been in years =)
i've been so excited for this video
Thanks Emma!
Great vlog guys. A very interesting park and I could have (Died ) laughing at charlottes animals knowledge. Must be careful and make a will I case it’s the last. Haha
We had a good laugh!
Both the catepillar and kangroo ride was made by guven luna park in turkey
Useless fact here those singing hens were also at Camel Creek a few years ago, looks a great family park :)
Thanks for the information!
Omg I went here about 2 years ago it’s quite a nice little park
It gives me good childrenhood memerys
“There’s a photo of the Rhea” Shawn has a giggle lol 😂😂😂
We always have a good laugh!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide picture of the rear as in bottom lol
seems like a nice small park from what I've seen.
Omg the raccoons are so cute 😩
Great vlog.
Thanks!
I honestly can't remember if I've ever been, despite being from the area-ish (it's on the train route between Lowestoft and Norwich). Maybe when I was really little.
Yay! Charlotte's back!
She is indeed!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide 😮Just saw the 'Raccoon Incident'. Shocking 🤣
i agree with charlot when she said the kangaroo was the best ride she has ever seen
This looks like such a cool place. But you being there makes it cooler😃😃
Thanks for watching!
Theme Park Worldwide 👍👍
That kangaroo ride looks fun 😝🤣
It was epic!
My dad supplied the Ringtail Lemar's so I can confirm there are 2 in their enclosure somewhere!
Lol at Charlotte's raccoon life prospects prediction!
Another great Vlog Shawn :)
Thanks!
Theme Park Worldwide you’re welcome mate
I really enjoyed Pettits Shawn 🙂 It was nice 🙂 I had to put my 13 year old lasoahpso dog to sleep and I was feeling sad🙁 But you and Charlotte cheered me up 😄 thank you I hope your channel is doing better than ever with the COVID.
On monday
Sorry to hear that, we’re glad the vlog helped cheer you up!
Say it how it is Charlotte lol. Poor racoons. I can image you two having a goat 🐐 farm 😁 you two are so funny 😅🤣 Don't think I've ever been there either 🤠
Thanks for watching!
I really loved this one shawn! I loved seeing all the little animals and all the attractions!❤I dream to meet you guys one day😁
Thank you
@@ThemeParkWorldwide omggg haii😁😁
When I was at flamingo land today I went on hero for my 3rd last ride and I couldn’t reach the handles you held onto so I had to stretch my arms and when I got of my shoulders were very grazed
It’s certainly not very comfortable
Nice little park there. Poor Charlotte, don't think she's going to live that comment down. I knew what she meant they have outlived their lifespan. There were some wolves at ZooAmerica that died between 2012 and 2013 that had lived past their lifespan, not sure how far, but it was pretty amazing to see them anyway and was sad to hear when they passed on, they since have new and young wolves that are so cute. I loved when that Raccoon climbed the fence for you both, it was like "look at me, look what I can do!" Bouncing Kangaroo's is like a kids version of the Kangaroo at Kennywood, that is a classic and pretty intense! As fast as you were spinning the balloons ride was making me feel a bit sick just from watching.
Thanks for the information!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide You're welcome
Great video shawn. Looks a nice park this
Cheers
@@ThemeParkWorldwide hope to come to a park with you sometime
I went there when I was like 3!
Haha Charlotte as always having me in stitches, 'they're getting ready to die' talking about the Raccoons, if it's not that it's flying out of slides, her enthusiasm about water rides, hand sanitiser checks and even her dances. Love you both and you are so adorable together. Watched your channel for a while now and I've really enjoyed your Europe trip and tour around the UK but please could you explain the Coaster Credits system I hear alot about (heard about it on a few other themepark channels but not sure what it means?) Tyvm 😊
Thank you so much. We basically count the amount of roller coasters we ride!
@@ThemeParkWorldwideThank you, I was just curious 🎢
love yhe vlog
Thanks!
The caterpillar is more intense than the others ones is it 😂
It is!
