A wee hand or arm double is green-screened (or blue-screened, back in the day) over the actor, or the actor's head is green-screened over the body-double's body. (The latter is more common on TV where you can get away with the torso looking slightly different more-easily.)

I'm struggling to decide where to watch the election. Novara has Ash, Joe has the chaotic comedy vibe and NoJustice has the best analysis.
Ash is OK but that Michael Walker is insufferably smug and Aaron is going the same way.
Might be interesting to see how quickly they go from crowing about the Tory loss to attacking Starmer though.

Why is there a green light anyway?
The expansion of Milton Keynes isn't the problem, people are campaigning against expansion which is throwing away the infrastructure planning philosophy the rest of the city has - e.g. cycle and pedestrian paths, with bridges and underpasses, adjacent to all roads.
It's the only major urban area in the country a pedestrian or cyclist can navigate across without ever coming in contact with motor vehicles.
Starting a new urban area from scratch allowed the original planners to do sensible things like that, the current planners are intellectually stunted troglodytes.
I say that as someone living in Leeds, who has also lived in MK, London, and Glasgow. Moving Milton Keynes more towards those cities' planning is madness.
