- The Miami Grand Prix is always full of festivities and celebrities off the track. On the track, it was a pretty average race this year. The action started in Q2 when Lewis Hamilton got eliminated from qualifying, only setting the 13th fastest time. It marked the first time the Mercedes driver has not started in the top 6 in the United States. Then in Q3, Charles Leclerc once again crashed while pushing for pole position. This made Max Verstappen start the race down in 9th. However, Max overcame this to storm to P1 in the race, overtaking Sergio Perez in the closing stages to take the win and complete another Red Bull 1-2. Alonso scored yet another podium for Aston Martin in third. Elsewhere, we saw battles between Kevin Magnussen and Charles Leclerc, and Lewis Hamilton and Carlos Sainz.

Haha immediately shouting about an illigal engine. It's not that. They have a trick with the Beam Wing. While DRS opens the Beam Wing does not create downforce. That causes for loads of extra speed when it's open. The other teams and the FIA have no idea how RB does that. So the FIA can't say "stop what you do with the DRS". They cannot change the technical directive as even they don't know what RB does.
Exactly! Instead of celebrating the ingenuity of it, fans are screaming "illegal". Hopefully social media doesn't have a strong effect on the FIA, yet.
