Ribbon Mixer | Ribbon Blender Machine

Fixit Engineering presents vide range of Ribbon Mixer which consists of a U-shaped horizontal vessel with a double helical ribbon agitator rotating within. Ribbon Mixer is also known as Horizontal ribbon blender or Powder Mixer. The agitator shaft is located at the center of the vessel. The shaft has support arms on to which the external and internal helical ribbons (spirals) are wound.
It is primarily used for blending dry solids, dry powders. Ribbon Blender finds application in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and similar industries.
The subjected ribbon blender is VFD driven and has output capacity upto 150 Kg batch. This 150Kg Ribbon Blender is capable of mixing powder efficiently at the shortest mixing span. This ribbon blender has also a provision of spraying liquid flavors. Ribbon Blender with Spraying system for uniformly liquid spraying during the mixing is advantageous feature. To spray the liquid while mixing, spraying system comprising of Special air atomizing nozzles with suitable cone spray angle, storage silo or storage tank with charging funnel, pressure indicator and level indicator is provided.

En su opinión, cual es el mejor equipo para mezclar 2 polvos de la misma densidad? sin importar el tiempo que lleve el proceso de la mezcla

Si el polvo tiene la misma densidad aparente y fluye libremente por naturaleza, el mezclador de cono tipo V o el mezclador de cono doble serán los más adecuados.
