Thank you for this great video! My other problems is my printer is not drawing yellow, even after doing the maintenance repeatedly. I need your advice... thanks again!
Did you try a POWER clean?
I know that on some software, there is cleaning..... then a POWER clean.
look for that option
If I have left my printer for too long
Which sometimes is only a few weeks
I have to clean it a dozen times to get it to work
Believe it or not, I am STILL using this printer....
It must be 5 or 6 years old now!!

Another option for you is to do a disassemble and DEEP PHYSICAL clean
If you are up for that
There are lots of videos on how to do that
Luckily I have never had to
But it sounds like your yellow line is clogged
I just wanted to add
There are kits available for head cleaning
If nothing else works
and it is a last resort...
Then you have nothing to lose :)

I had started to wonder if anyone was selling reset keys for this model, thanks for answering that, and for the solution (which works well for me being in Canada as well). Well done, thanks for that. Did the chip on the new box work and your count was reset to zero?

Did the printer stop printing after the notification came up for maintenance box replacement?
No, it was printing for well over a month ...maybe more .... just kept giving warnings
it sure did for me...:( trying to find ways to soft-reset the error.. finding no solutions

with the 3750.... Right now, I'm getting zero black. The other colors are ok. Hopefully, power clean will get me going again!

Ours never stopped printing
Just leaked waste all over the desk (ick)
At least if it's from Amazon, you can return it if it does not work
We have learned to clean / power clean a little more often, but never had a plugged color
But ours never goes more than a day without printing
Always - with an inkjet - never go more that a couple of weeks without printing at least a test page or 2
If you don't print often, or a lot, then a laser is the best thing to have
We used to burn out a color laser every 6 months
Not just run out of toner..... but kill a drum, fry a fuser, etc
5000 pages a month seems to do that
We dont print as much now, but still a few thousand pages a month
I said when I bought it, If I got ONE year out of it, it would have been a good investment for us
Going on 3 years now
When it finally gives up, I will run out and get another asap
And no.... we don't even buy epson ink
@@staceylee3260 Thanks for the reply. Got it, it fit (whew), and the power clean solved my issue. YAY. I immediately ordered another one, just to have on the shelf.
I bought this printer, ET-3750, because I don't print "often", and I honestly believed the ink in my old printer evaporated more than got used! I was constantly buying ink! So, this seemed like a good buy. I've had it over two years, and just recently had to add ink to the black. I'm down to about a third in the colors. I still have a little bit of black left in the 2nd bottle, and all the color whole bottles. Unless something drastic happens, I should have ink for quite a while, at my consumption rate. Power clean probably used more ink than my printing - ha ha. Should be good for now, and I think I'll run "print test page" at least once a week!
