Honing with sandpaper (8:15). Perforated welding seams and just tapping off the weld (19:20). Rusted screws. Defects in the piston (22:55). Only 3 O-rings (23:00) that can withstand a pressure of 250 bar should. Ridiculously, erase with a dirt rag (3:26) and everywhere this dirt and rubbish. Even if you don't have much you can still work cleaner.

The cylinder boring set up is pretty cool. Looks like the honing set up is pretty much the same. Making these is probably a good alternative to expensive oem parts with long delivery time .
With damaged filthy lathes I'm surprised any machining can be performed at all. Just because you live in a country with less than others, doesn't mean you can look after the things you already have
