I agree with you on the photos, but I think as far as a natural look goes, the Pixel 6 beats the iPhone in most categories. The colors are just too far off on the iPhone, so much so, that I find it very distracting.

Traded in the s21u for the p6pro and there is something about it that it's just a joy to use. Camera wise I think it takes the best pics. Still in Nov update in DC and I'm on no rush to update.
Good comparison and informative. As a casual user, compared to you and others, not enough difference to change ecosystems. Loved watching you put them through the side by side comparison.

That 4x on pixel though is great. From just what i see on this review, I don't see a big difference between the 2 videos. I don't see the long way to go for pixel on video that you just said based on what I just watch.
One question I have is which of the top smartphones has the best antenna? Iphone 13 pro, S21 Ultra and Pixel 6 pro all have fantastic camera systems (and all 3 are on my list) but one of the main factors for me is how clear and loud the calls are (speakerphone too) with the best signal connection. I love the Zflip3 as well but for some reason I get the impression it doesn't handle calls as well as the others

The iPhone definitely beats the 6 Pro in video.....and I'm a hardcore Pixel fan (although my work phone is an iPhone 13 Pro - not a Max). My 6 Pro takes great photos though: any of the lenses, portrait mode, astrophotography, etc. In the end, it comes down to personal preference for both video and photo. Does the iPhone handle video so much better that everyone needs an iPhone? No. Does the Pixel's still photography mean that everyone who wants to take stills needs the P6 Pro? No.
Get the phone that gives you the experience you are looking for. The P6 Pro can do everything you need.
