High Speed 360 disc spinning to fast (HOW TO FIX)

Ok People tech tip i feel like i need to share for owners of an XBOX360.
do ur disc spin like hell while ur playin them? think something might be wrong with ur disc reader? The answer is NO!!!
ur 360 in order to read all that juicy data to keep up with game play has to spin the disc at a high noisey speed.
to resolve this issue insert ur disc. press the blue "X" button to open the Details tab and then click install and wait. once the installation of the disc onto the hard drive is complete. BOOM!!!
no more high speed spinning disc's xD
