    Super nice, reminds me of your HQ dvd with Daniel, studied that one a ton.
    Do you always post your head on the shoulder, never on the mat near the head ?
    Also, do you sometimes use the modified HQ position instead of doing the knee cut ? (by shoving is leg beneath the left armpit instead of the right armpit ?).

      @@PlugThePull for cross tripods, I do go on the floor. For same side, like in this video, I prefer to go on the shoulder
