The dude you were 1v1ing is a hacker, he trying getting it to work but the "restart" it actually was the Anti-Cheats work, kicking him off the COD Network but not completely banning him. This can happen if the Exploit / Client he is using, already patched by the Anti-C systems causing the "restart" he was claiming to do. And for the information of his platform he was playing on [Xbox Network], that's the Xbox Gamepass (he never bought the game, because it's obviously he is LVL 1). More proof is that in the lobby it shows he is playing on controller, but he was typing on his keyboard (to prob activate his cheats or open a GUI) at 15:30, so easy to spot and no doubt he tried but failed horribly. Bams idk if the cargo map is still available but I found a broken setup. It was the Lockwood with slugs and a sniper scope with a grip and laser and it would mostly one shot since the map is small as long as it wouldn’t miss which it would do at times even if you are aiming right on them

Yooo just found out an exploit for the New sniper! You can shoot, press RB as fast as possible, press Y to cancel and the New sniper will shoot a follow up shot. If you Master this you basically shoot twice and it is faster than the Normal follow up shot from the sniper
