This is what every remake should strive to be. The same game but with better visuals, a few QoL improvements and perhaps some new content sprinkled in. However, these companies are sadly more worried with appeasing "modern audiences" who never played the original by completely reworking everything into something that barely resembles it.
I find it so funny how it how the shadows almost never face the right direction. 😂😂 But it looks absolutely insane with all of these mods. And the voice acting is an addition that fits so incredibly well.
2:18 I always though Scarlet called Tifa something worse than ‘bitch’. The original game had a grawlix and I don’t think they need that for ‘bitch’, seeing as they use shit, piss and ass with impunity. 🤣

Wish there was an easy way to implement the mods to the game, last time i checked it was needed some 3rd party program to implement them and some other stuff that i found was way to difficult for me to understand.
Replaying game (any, despite how good it is) can feel repetitive so mods are a great way to do a new playthrough and i may have to stream these mods. Please upload as many as u can. Is there a game for the anime movie?

@@niche-asf I haven't tested the mods yet as I was out of time; but you have to set your library path first in the bottom line (which is folder) then the exe file. Then the software makes another exe file you can link it to. >_< Hopefully I can test and run these tonight 😅😅
Unless you have 9999 HP 999 MP NEVER FIGHT Carry armor until you do and even THEN NEVER fight it without USING the 13 Knights summon to off it in 1 turn around 3000 max HP is NOT GOOD enough Lapis laser does a max of 2500 and on a BAD DAY it will START with it twice which is why even with 9999 HP on Cloud Barret Cid I'll never fight it UNLESS you Knights of the round IT to death.
Remake and rebirth are written and paced horribly compared to the original. Set the atb to active and battle speed all the way up, and don’t grind. And then the game will be a fun challenge all the way through
The game isn't worth playing on the base game though. If the mod doesn't work with New Threat 2.0 it's REALLY hard to play this fuckin' game. You start off able to one shot every enemy and it doesn't get any better in those terms. You have to "challenge" yourself by not using materia, not levelling, not gaining XP or Gil if you want an experience that isn't just easily meandering through the entire game mashing X. I havent been able to replay FF7 without New Threat.. it makes the game so fucking good, every character has it's own THING, like Cloud has his counter-attack if he defends, Barret gains HP in the back row.. Its literally so hard to play vanilla FF7, I don't care HOW good the graphics look. It's all about the gameplay, and BASE ff7 is just awful.

I had a cool cell shade mod that made the guys look great but it messed with the kernal so have to find a different graphics mod. For real tho. I'm still playing this over the new remake... Just says alot about the state of gaming
The voices are so good that most of the gameplay I thought I was hearing the real voice actors, it's totally insane 🤯
