The problem with this game is the fact it’s an Arcade game instead of a simulation. You can see how fast a fighter’s striking speed is when certain combinations are imputed. That’s why Raz was saying his controller must be modified, he doesn’t know that certain combinations are faster and quicker than regular jabs or straights. This isn’t how real MMA or boxing matches are conducted. A single jab or a single right hand can change a fight, NOT in this game. This is why UFC 4- 5 are the worst in the series, in my opinion. If I gotta remember a fighter’s combination or move set to get good, then I rather play MK or Street fighter because it makes more sense in a fantasy game than a so called “sports game”.
They’ll never understand this. Try to win a game in ufc using real techniques and real footwork and movement it will never work. U have to cheese whatever the cheesiest fastest animation is

How do you throw the combos that fast? I press the buttons but my players ALWAYS lag!
You have to look up the fighter’s “move set or combination “ UFC 4- UFC 5 s fighter’s personal combos will be faster than you making up your own combos. You have to know each fighters combos to understand what works for them. Some fighters has the same combos, while others don’t
