This is interesting but i have another method:
1. In my team i have total 24-25 players, and it splits to 12 first team players and 12 young players.
2. Let see i have 24 players that means i still have 8 slot players remaining.
3. What i do is i will loan 8 young players from my squad, so they will have game time in another club (but make sure he needs to be in the first eleven)
4. From my experience when i loan my players for 4 to 8 years, the players would have the breakthrough, which is they will have a significant boost to their overall, up until 4 boost. I can easily get a 2-3 breakthrough from every players, so that means each player will have 6-10 overall boost when they are on loan, and that's excluded their own regular developing.
5. The next step is i will loan another 8 players who is mature enough and has a good overall/ability from another clubs.
6. When your 2nd team is as strong as your first time, your club stats (Attack, Mid, def) would also increases significantly.
7. And my last tip is to loan/sign a player which has a conductor or smart player and Legend roles playing. The conductor would give you up to 99 spirit teams when playing, and the legends will give you training boost to your first team players.

One question, have you find out the development respect to gametime or matches ? I always sub 3 proteges in every matches but for only 20-30 mins.
I haven’t, usually I just play all the young players in the cup games

Hello, you said you didn't even give Messi game time, but expwise the only difference between Legend and Bandiera is that Legend additionally makes ALL teammates earn more exp if he's the captain.
So, I don't understand why you bought Messi if you were not even gonna give him any game time. He basically becomes a Bandiera unless he's the captain. So why not buy a Bandiera instead?
I also wonder if this additional exp bonus from Legend is worth or not.

You can, but once a player gets over a certain age I don’t usually see as much improvement
Next video you should do is how to get overall team spirit to 99 like the cheating CPU does for basically every team you play in Master League.
Had the best team for 6 seasons now and can't get the team spirit above 98.

go to 4:11, on the Giroud development sheet, the blue line shows his development and a prediction of what his OVR rating will be in the next few years, you can see how fast his development is there
@@bf4lvr Thank you....Another thing. I have many players in the youth team, for example, Crouch and Walker. Their rating is between 72 and 73. At the age of 18, should I promote them to the first team or not? What do you advise and do they develop slowly in the youth team?
@@khalilnasria3160 sorry I didn’t get the notification. if you want the player to be part of your first team in the future prioritise them and give them lots of game time. For example, I wanted my van persie regen to be my first team striker so when he was 18 I played him significantly more than I played any other youth striker, which sped up his development

Four questions on PES 16 ML:
1. I have this bug, that some players are free agents but there's no option to start negotiations. They eventually retire, but the next gen I again can't sign them. Example Recoba.
2. What focus training to use for more kicking power "shooting" or "physical"?
3. How to "force" a player to become maestro for a specific position? If I do tricks with some players they become, but looks like it's in random.
4. If I loan a grandmaster player, will he help with increased training while being in another team? I think his effect will be stopped while in another team.
1) sometimes it takes 6 months for regens in pes to appear after they retire, check the youth team, and the transfer market from January 1st

A question, can we edit a player attributes to maestro if yes, how? Recently i edit a player age 17 (DMF) , just want make him a better attributes to OVR 81 accidentally his roles changed into maestro. On every season his maestro increased by 1, later i want to recreate those suddenly i couldn't.
unfortunately you can’t edit the team role of a player
@@bf4lvr i was telling you there, "by accident" , and everytime i edit it always changed to fighter or leader. If it's higher than 85 with certain attributes it will changed to fighter lvl 1.

Coach mode? I’m pretty sure you don’t control the players when in coach mose

Sorry I’m not sure what you mean, but you can transfer players to different teams in settings im pretty sure
How do we know when the player want to retire?
They will appear in the legends match at the end of the season, and if you look at their contract, it would say ‘retiring’
My player is already old even though I just started playing

Is focused training better?
I personally never choose focused training, the other training settings usually give me a certain playing style that I like, for example when I make a player a ‘hole player ’ i notice that they usually run in behind from midfield to score goals a lot, same way when I make a player an ‘offensive full back’ they like to overlap a lot, Im not sure if using focused training gives you the same results, however if your player is only lacking in a specific attribute, focused training might be worth a shot

I don't think you can change how the money is allocated on PES 17
I have 3 Questions
First: when I start transfer negotiations in pes 2017 how adjust transfer fee
Second: I have 3 legends 7 maestro 2 bandiera but the players doesn't develop their overall rating
decreases.
Third: I have many players retired like Totti and Klose and Rooney they retired since 2 years but I can't find them in youth team
You have to wait for the other team to respond to your first offer, then in negotiations, you can adjust transfer fee.
2) are you giving the players enough game time? Also how young are the players
3) if they’re not in the youth team, search for them in the transfer market
