- 2 x 6 oz sirloin steaks
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries, chopped
- ½ onion, diced & caramelized
- flour + whisked eggs + crushed flavored tortilla chips for the breading
