Thank you for doing this video. I just bought one of these things and the instructions that came with it are indecipherable.
The instructions are horrible
It’s like ikea did the freaking directions.
it's like they took the Ikea directions and turned them into ancient Egyptian pictograms
hahahahaha@@mikeeisenberg8604
Not spoken a single word but still way better than Braun‘s manual ;)
Finally learned how to use the cleaning station from this video, thanks a lot boss
Braun should revamp the manual
Thank you for taking the time to do this, it’s really helpful.
Thanks for your efforts.
Can I use it on sensitive areas under the armpit and the "more"..
Thank You! This is helpful. The Braun instructions are very difficult to figure out and I'm a designer! I still would like some clarity on how often you need to clean it in the fluid and how often you need to open it up to clean it?
Best review on this Braun 7 and he didn’t have to say anything or show us grown men how to shave.
So when do you plug it into the machine and when do you plug it in directly?
Great video. Solved my question about the display after shutdown. The manual is useless. Thanks a lot
Thanks
Another thank you for this. My Christmas gift’s instructions were piss-poor!
Can you tell me what the function of the small button just below the on/off switch is? When I press it, it cycles through 3 LEDS, the battery charge level, an oval with 2 horizontal lines in it, and 2 water droplets. Is this required for instance to set it in "wet" mode, or "dry" mode?
Did you ever find out?
Thanks for your video. Do you know if it's ok to leave the shaver sitting in the cleaning station as a storage area?
Yes, it should be left there actually. Best to leave it to dry, and it's also where it charges as well.
How often do you need to clean the razor?
Thank you very easy to follow. Just what I was looking for
Thanks for the video but what brand is that shirt I have French Bulldogs so I need that shirt 😅
From the first use, immediately after I turn off the Braun Series 7 razor (every time), there is a notification on the display that it is necessary to replace the cartridge. I see it happening on this presentation as well. Why is that so?
Hello
It happens to me with my 7 series too.
I think it's to indicate the time left to change the cartridge.
Anyone have this? Is the precious shaver attachment good for grooming downstairs?
Anyone have a issue with charging? Plugged in to the shaver itself or cleaning unit for a few good hours and no charge
Thank you for the video. Is it ok to leave the shaver at the station permanently?
I think so, shouldn't be an issue.
What is the liquid for?
Super. 👍👍👍
Compatibile anche con Braun Serie 3
Je n'y comprenait rien avec le manuel. Merci
Not sure if these are stupid questions, but there' s some things I've never understood with mine:
- after using the cleaning station, the shaver is still full of residue from shaving. Is it the intention to use a brush to clean that out, and not the cleaning station? In which case, I don't really understand what the cleaning station does, or what the tray of liquid you slot into it is for exactly? I don't seem to have a brush with mine, but I may have misplaced it...
- lately, when I put the shaver in the station, it flashes a red light, and does nothing - basically. Previously, a blue light came on and it worked - or it was charging the shaver I expect. I don't know what the cleaning function does exactly, as I mentioned. I don't know what the red light means - I thought maybe it meant the shaver is fully charged, but that can't be right, because I've used it a few times, and the red light still comes on when I put it in the charger.
- I've got no idea how often I'm supposed to put the shaver in the charging station? Every time? Some other frequency? Don't know...
Red light means you're out of liquid
Just bought this product and instructions are useless.
@@kingdaddycool I C. It seems to run out fairly quickly. So, I guess you're supposed to buy more. Who knows where from? And I don't really know what the exact purpose of this liquid is anyway.
You removed a little cover first time you opened it. You can use the same cover to keep it shut and that way it is gonna last longer (around 5 months). It's recommended to use the station every 3 shaving sessions, but it depends on your beard and all. It's for cleaning purposes and to extend its life.
I'm not sure if, while on the station, it gets charged. You plug the cable directly to the shaver, like any other device, as far as I can tell.
Thanks goodness for this video. I would never have figured the system out using the hieroglyphics included in my box. I have this feeling however that at about 6 months I'm going to regret abandoning Norelco.
My dad swears by Norelco. I've had Braun my whole life. He's a Ford guy, I like my Hondas. 🤣
I was originally a Norelco fan too. Then had to replace an old shaver and bought a new expensive one and it was crap for me, tons of burn and shave rash and unlike my much older version, there was no control for shaving length/sensitivity. Then I fell upon Braun and have had two very long stints with their basic/cheap shavers and have generally been satisfied for the value. I'm looking currently and while part of me is wanting to just stay with the cheap stuff, another part of me is wanting higher end now. Baffles my mind that they no longer allow the shaver to work while plugged in. Once that battery gets weaker, which it undoubtedly will, the shaver will be rendered useless. So I'm definitely not liking that corporate scam. I'm currently getting by with an old cheap traveling braun shaver that I hadn't used much over the years (a 100 series) and it's battery barely holds a charge for a single day....but I just plug it in and using it just fine. So today's shavers standards would mean this shaver was complete garbage for me right now if can't run while plugged in.
So for me, a month after purchase, this noisy, powerful, expensive S7 delivers a crummy shave. I even have to supplement the shaving experience with blades and lather.
@@jesser_p: My dad was Buick, I was mostly Nissan. He helped me buy my first one.
@@jackoff1826 The reason it doesn’t work when plugged in is to stop “chuckle heads “ from going in the shower and getting electrocuted.
No stubble trimmer in box
I think when you were reviewing something, you should speak and not be a mute
On dirait Macron sur la boite
ногти укороти
Worst product I've ever tasted and still spending a fortune for what it delivers.
These china shavers do more than this device. If your beard is thick it just doesn't trim anything, you tear the skin rubbing it and it doesn't cut the hair.
Disappointed and frustrated with the product.
