Parrying it is way more rewarding since thrust is a disjoint, to avoid thrust 6p grants her nothing except probably frame disadvantage while parrying gives her 1/4th of her win condition the jealousy bar. It’s a way better outcome, but Faust can delay his thrust to hit before the parry becomes active or after it isn’t active anymore or so it’s a commitment
