Debounce time is the delay I which a mouse will not register any extra clicks. A higher debounce time means that the mouse will ignore faster double clicks. This is only an issue with mechanical mice due to the natural vibration of the metal sensor.

2:40 The same thing happened to my mouse. It got worse and worse until it became completely unusable and I had to get a new mouse.

same here lol if your mouse has a side button just replace the broken Button with the side button i did that and it fixed the problem,and you need a solder to do that
2:39 Some years ago I had the same problem, for a while it often placed two blocks when I clicked one time, but I think that was only in specific Minecraft versions, and probably also due to lag/low fps because later I didn't have this problem anymore.

2:40 that isnt your mouse, it is a setting on ur pc that is designed to help opening folders but instead is just a pain.
go so mouse settings, additional mouse options, and make the slider fully at left.

2:40 same dude it happened to me while mining for netherite and almost all my things burned/blew up

That entire second speedrun seemed like it was a six year old who just made his own rules up his won rules and whatever happened he would just make it a world record
i can see this being in ppls recommended
For the netherite one, throw a sword into the portal and it will load faster
I would imagine that the sheep one would be easier in bedrock since you can just access ingredients w/o a knowledge book (automatically opens with inventory), click on a dye, shift/click, and then get the sheep
i understand your pain with the random double clicks. for me it is also left mouse button that double clicks too

I have the double right click issue - but it only happens in Minecraft. Doesn't happen in any other game, doesn't even happen in Windows. So I think it's not your mouse that's broken.

lol I'm not sure bro, maybe try clicking the pen tool on the top left and trying to move it from there, but it should always start in the center. you could try reinstalling I guess, or searching up a tutorial of some sort...

The first speedrun category, ”Sonic, Tails and Knuckles” That Guy must have cheated by spawning in 3 or more Sheeps and grabbed Red, orange and blue dye in creative mode before he started recording the speedrun. There is NO WAY you Could do that in 5 SEC!
