The onboard video looks like the front end lifts under power, which would change the toe a bit - maybe some sort of limiting strap to minimize front end lift?

Lot lizard gate. It’s all a conspiracy. I think I saw the truck driver from last video watching you in the background of this video… he might be looking at designing a better servo saver and trying to get free info from the lizard master 😂

I did the hot racing servo saver and its so much better I also ditched the original servo as well used a standard size night and day difference just need the hot racing servo horn as well as you know the Traxxas servo has a much higher spline count than a standard one

Just a suggestion. Maybe a small spoiler on front for some down force. Or limiter straps to limit the amount of lift in the front. Or maybe both. I truly believe some down pressure will help you a lot. Good luck with your pursuit!!! Love your videos!!!!

You can tighten up most servo savers by putting an o-ring under the spring, or one on both ends. It compresses the spring, and also gives some cushion when it does bottom out. I think you should try some adjustable toe links.

Yes but the oring will fail pretty fast due to the pressure

You need to turn tsm completely off. It helps. The servo saver isn’t enough to control the torque and power. The wider tires are also adding more leverage on the steering.
I just looked at mine and checked it and my steering is way tighter than yours on that saver. I tightened it some when I got it and added the Maxx aluminum chassis brace. Is a one piece and I think it makes a noticeable difference on it. Could try that. You’re already this deep

Definitely seems worse since you put those tires on it. I’m thinking a good set of on road tires would help and some adjustable steering links as well as limiter straps on the front shocks

great video I agree the tires are not helping the cause, but hey anybody can get an infraction to go 100 plus ... try it with a Max slash right Earl...👍👍

Looks like a good fix for the plastic servo saver. They all seem weak from the factory. Get the 2085 x & build a saver eliminator & this rig will be on point. Change radio gear to something you can make more adjustments to. Traxxas link only mutes the total range of a servo not the speed of the input. Cheers yall

Those big ole tires possibly having more grip and really multiplying the problem it had? Im guessing in the grass thats not noticeable. Get or make some adjustable links. Good luck Earl!!!💯🔥💥🚀

Can you find a couple thick washers the diameter of the servo saver spring to put under each end of the spring to increase the preload on the spring?

It’s to the point where I won’t buy a new Rc until earl’s gone over it…found, and fixed the issues. From what I’m seeing, this rig has a steering issue. Granted, it’s not a car intended for speed runs, but it shouldn’t matter. The front end seems super jumpy and not planted.
