HOW CAN WE IMPROVE OUR TEAM PERFORMANCE/ WE NEED TO WORK AS A TEAM

My apology to all our CZcams family and friends, You may not find this video not interesting or entertaining, Please do understand, I have no way of uploading this full video for my teams to watch and learn how the game went, so I decided to use CZcams. This is our guide to our proper training and more learning.
We lost on this one due to lack of many things.
To our CZcams family and friends that will watch this, I would love to receive any comments and suggestions that can help us improve how we play.
Our community is now able to compete join our first inter community or inter barangay tournament due to the Christmas Volleyball tournament we held last December 2023 in our very own Pili Community I am very amazed and happy that after that, the entire community never quit playing as a matter of fact We also have a volleyball Tournament within our community again for the second time for festival celebration. I love sports and staying active its why I supported and will keep supporting the Pili Elementary School on all types of sports that they want to do.

There's absolutely no team work your all just trying to hit the ball back across the net. You have absolutely no control when you do that you always should use your three hits to gain control of the ball and set it for a spike. When you set the ball you have removed all the velocity of the ball and you can then control where they are hitting it. From watching you play it looks like it's everyone wants to make the points by themselves, like how small children play baseball if they have the ball they run down to make the shot themselves never passing it to any of their teammates.
