- Can Mew VMAX survive it's fifth printed counter? Accelgor might give Mew a fighting chance against the new Charizard ex, and might be a powerful contender for the upcoming Pittsburgh regionals.

So currently, in early ranks, over 50% of my games are against charizard because you start out with so many of the cards already. The Accelgor has genuinely been the driving force making mew playable, which is awesome because the deck is so cool.
Once I get to higher levels where more players are playing different decks I might remove him, but for now he's the best.
I guess this is proof zard has to play Delphox. I was looking for a reason to cut it but if you can kill a genesect and accelgor/meloetta with it you just win the game. Lame.
Yeah with Shelmet/Accelgor you have to hold off until there is no Delphox in play. I KO'd a Charizard ex with a Shelmet with Super Reflective Glasses and 3x Power Tablets. My opponent was aghast with that play.

In that last game, I think you did not have the OHKO on Charizard ex. You needed one more Power Tablet and/or Justified Gloves. (Remember, Double Turbo Energy decreases the damage by 20)
The game I lost I needed all 4 tabs + gloves. 210-20+120+30 = 340.
What about super reflective glasses?
He was doing 360 he played 2 tablets
@@MrWessiide I was mentioning instead of using a bunch of tablets just attach one super reflective glasses
@@MrWessiide If his only damage modifications were 2 Power Tablets, he would be doing 320 dmg, not 360 dmg.
((120 - 20) + 30 + 30) * 2 = 160 * 2 = 320
