  • Check out this 1969 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Re-Creation offered during the 2022 Palm Beach Auction, held April 7-9 at the South Florida Fairgrounds.
This Trans Am is white with blue stripes over the factory black interior. Power comes from a 400ci V8 engine mated to a Hurst 4-speed manual transmission. It gets that perfect stance from RideTech coilovers on all four corners, plus front upper and lower control arms and rear control arms with sway-bar setup. The look is complete with factory wheels wrapped in Firestone Wide Oval tires for that OEM look.

i owned a 1986 firebird back in the 80s i was 15 or 16 at that time 1st gen firebird i was in love . now alot of people consider 69 as a 1st gen Not I to me sence the tarns am package was an option forthe first time and the front clip is difrent to its a 2nd gen. look at the camero all tree look the same a litle here and there but they all basicly look rekated the 69 firebird looks like the red headed step child,, but thats my opinion. oh i never got to drive my firebird it sat behind my dads bodyshop in the little lot that was attched tothe property itwas a camplete car but i enede up trading it for 69 nova, to a guy that worked at one of the junkyard on las vegas street off of navada ave he put kit in a spot in their yard so no one would bother about it , well month after they called and asked were he could source some parts seams someone was selling parts off the cr without him knowing.. only place at that timr was were i got the car nit was a grass lot down the street fron my dads shop he had all the god stuff from 67 cameros to firebirds up to 75 i beleve he evan had a few pace cars in there it was like GM heavan dont know what ever happend we moved to AZ and the second year we atend are first Barrett Jackson action thats when you as a guest could actualy go walk on the stgage before they kinda said no more lol that was the first time i ever seen the Vector too.

Air Conditioning!? Disgusting. You didn't mention if it was a RAIII, or IV. If it were mine to make, I'ld dump the AC, and stick a RAV in it. (400, not a 303). Does have a great stance on it. Wunder what it sold for.
