Raise your voice and make a reel about what is really happening in Vietnam, the government must be prepared to receive tourists.
Parking in restaurnts or cafeterias is free charge but other places is not. Men in uniform are not polices, they are security staffs of the private parking zone

I just rode there on a bicycle today and they were a little aggressive, but not too much. I had read about it and was prepared, so I just ignored them and rode around them.
