Right, Celine never sang the studio version because it was the best performance of that song she could ever perform and if she tried it with live audience she might not be able to give justice to her own song. So it is fairly say that she have to sing it with 1 lower note. She though tried sometimes, close to studio version but she will cut the last note.
No one has sang it in the original key in chest voice. This was easy for Regine and most singers cause they mostly use head voice to hit F5 whereas Celine uses mixed-chest voice.
