Can you show us who the notification shows in bands, wanna see how the bigger screen shows the notification for sms,calls or WhatsApp call,msg and answering to calls and msgs, really glad if you can do a short video before the end of black Friday
You are my man! Can you please do a review on xiaomy smartband 8 pro pool swimming wise? I have it. I like it. I only do freestyle. Actualy I find the lenght measure is acurate (I do 50 m pool swimming). What I find odd is the relation between "mean rithm" and the measured "pool laps rithm" (that is 100 meter in mi fitness app, well ajusted) in the mi fitness app: it seems totally off. The same goes to "max rithm" when compared with again the "pool laps rithm". Ex: says "max rithm" 1.32 (min. per 100 meters) but I have a lap 1.22 and other 1.31!!! Either this is a gross mistake or I don't know how to interpret well the data. I would apreciated much.
Band 8 is the way to go.. I hate wide watch bands and thick bezels. I used to wear an old mi band 3 and was much more comfortable than any regular smart watch. I hate that you can't send custom texts though, nor quick reply for texts (although appears to be enabled for calls only... Makes no sense)

Im hesitant between the 2 with the obvious benefit or pro being the gps. Question: is it possible, thanks to gps, to share live location with someone ? (Via app..)?
Mate can u confirm that the 8 Pro can import and read GPX file? Nees it to navigate my cycling.

The Mi Band 8 is, the pro is Chinese (had to switch off location services during initialsync). The Pro is not out in Europe nor USA yet😉

Will the CN versions of the smart band 8 pro get the global version updates in the future, or should we wait for the global version to be released?
I get CN versions all the time.. only a bit of hassle at initial sync where you set your location 😉
At the Mi Band 8 pro is a problem setting the winter hour, do you know any solution?

I have a problem in time display on band 8 pro, it is one hour ahead than my smartphone ( techno spark) and i can't fix it 😭 do you have a real solution for it??

Mi bands aren't going to be as good as an apple watch, no way. They're decent for getting averages. For example, did you exercise 3 or 4 days this week? Is your weight going down?
