I love the vintage 50's look of some of the newer refrigerators.... luckily they don't lock from the outside/or inside anymore... tons of children sadly got locked inside those old refrigerators in the past... even when they were dumped in garbage dumps ...because they got locked inside and expired from lack of oxygen. Now there is just a seal that keeps the fridges closed and no locks that used to trap the children. Phew!!! 😪😧😰
Just want to say hi and say how great your channel and journey has been.we weren't able to have children through my wifes health so haven't had any time spent with children but Lucia is such a wonderful little girl she brings a smile to my face everytime and is lucky to have great parents Lucia is a little diamond goodluck and best of health to you all ❤

It’s crazy how much we love olives, and what we use it for makes you proud to be a Mediterranean and living life where simple food like olives gives you many health benefits!! As someone who’s Turkish Cypriot we just love using olives in pretty much everything just like our Lovey neighbors the Italians! Olives are the BEST to eat anytime of the day!

Personally I love the fringe on the Sofas. Leave it, it's your home and your furniture. Everyone else has their own style of furniture. The Sofas to me is perfect.

Watching from America I have Sunday breakfast with you guys in Sicily and then I have lunch with Carlo and Nicki in Italy! So sweet to see how happy you are about your olive harvest! Well done! In UK it is at least £13 /€15 per litre, for your homemade extra virgin olive oil.. Yours being so authentic is probably €20 per litre at farmers markets 💎💎

I know... This made me really nervous also. A fridge is not a play toy.
Made me nervous as well. When I was a young girl there were commercials in the 70’s that would show the dangers of refrigerators and children getting trapped in them. Must have been a problem to air commercials like they did. This made me remember them. They seem like sweet loving parents, I know they meant no harm.

I live in a 110 year old stone church (which is considered old around here!) in a ghost town on the Colorado prairie and like you, nothing in my house is new. Amazing job on the olive oil harvest; It is quite expensive everywhere nowadays Sara, not just un Europe. You have been very fortunate.
About the old fridge, please, please, make sure that it is easy to open from inside as well. I could not help but panic when I saw Luka say to Luce that it was the children's room. Please be very careful about that. When I was about 7-8 yrs old, my brother, one yr younger than me, locked himself in a similar old fridge, playing , it was a Fram, and out of order. He couldn't open from inside, and nearly died in there because of lack of oxygen. I found him passed out, seconds from death, and he was saved. But the scare and panic and my mom's screaming still brings me anxiety to this day, which is 46 yrs later. I know for you it was an innocent joke, but for us, it was just a terrible experience which I wouldn't want anybody to repeat.

Your dining table is great too because you can center it behind the couch, in the center facing the view,possibly with just one chair so it can look like a desk when you are not eating at it and then put the two chairs against the wall on either side of the door. Whatever you do, you have made some very good choices for versatility.Also, I love the vintage fridge!!!

I love how Luce joins in with the 'hello' and 'goodbye' parts of the video. What a gorgeous old fridge/freezer and it looks so great in the kitchen with those tiles. I think the fringe on the sofa really fits the house and with the additional part of the fringing it looks really nice. Well done on your olive harvest, you did so well.
