- I started my motorcycle journey in 2016 and now we’re here!
This time around I got to test the new 2021 Suzuki GSX 1300R Hayabusa!
Is it an awesome motorcycle? What do you think?

I'm 67 and 1m74 tall this kind of bike keeps me younger than I am... But it's true the first days I had shoulder & neck pain but you have to persevere adjusting your body to the bike... not the other way around! Yes, it did indeed take me a few days. I now drive trips of about three hours in full joy. Since my purchase in July I have 7,000 Km. So again the posture of your body on this bike requires regular riding/training until today I have no more pain...No pain no gain...Dura lex, sed lex 😎 Good Vid Tanks
Thanks fo rthe input! I'm sure my body would adjust after a while, but the first three days was VERY uncomfortable at times ^^ Enjoy the ride!
What a way to present this bike 😂 great video! I’m still dreaming of that quickshifter how amazingly smooth it was!
No problems in my back ore legs and I am 1.83 ^^
Agree! Never own a Bike with such a great Comfort. Some Time...i ask myself....if the Reviewers today, are a little bit to weak :D
HEY xD I guess my body is a bit slow at adjusting to a new position. Excuse incoming: And as I mentioned I rode with a really heavy backpack the second day which probably wasn't the smartest thing to do.. Oh well, I'm really glad you guys enjoy it though!
@@MrDrakenhoff am gonna be driving from Norway to Sweden 😁😁
BUUUUSAAA!
Awesome video, bro, you have got to be a profesional filmmaker! LOVE IT!
Na just a hobby :P Thanks though!
Love and like for Hayabusa topic king of speed is back Hayabusa topic is love to watch
Im 50 now,any long ride im on i stand up on the pegs a couple time every hour and that helps a lot
Rått laget, og bra review 👍👍
Tusen takk!
HIGH QUALITY(muffin) REVIEW MAN
Danke my friend!
just got mine last week, couldn't agree more on the sitting position, my back hurts so much on the first day and im a previous R1 owner XD. but i think the quick shifter is bit stiff from 1st to 2nd riding in the city?
I have yet to ride a bike with a decent 1st to 2nd quickshift, so I didn't think much of it to be honest...but you're right!
"Glad" to hear it's not just me that had a hard time with my back on this one ;)
@@MrDrakenhoff silly me. just found out i was on qs 1. setting 2 is butter smooth but tiny lag on the gas tho😂
Complette Opposite on my Side. Never had a Bike with such a comfort! 200 Kilometers normal Streets, nothing hurts, my back is not the best, but here i dont feel anything hurting. No Supersport Bike i own, has a better Position for my back, and i´m 45....not so young as the most reviewers! :) The Quickshifter leaves me disappointet! Feels stiff and only works good downshifting..but when i shift up....it feels like a Hammer hits the Gearbox....many Busa Owners in your Community feel the same. So....here in the Test....special Busa? ;)
@@martinehrlich1244 i just hit the first 1k service today and i guess the problem with my back pain is due to the distance from handle bar to where i sit.on top of that this is a low seat bike with relatively low handle bar position. im 183 cm, about avg height among busa owners i guess. still trying out a better position now.
and yes. the up shifting in city riding is xxx. i have tried qs1 and 2 but none of them are smooth on a consistent basis. the only time they shift smoothly is when you bring up the rev a bit higher and put your licence at risk.
Now you just need to test a 20y old turbo busa, and give us a conclution to where the legend was made and what you rly get :P
True true! Not sure if I should though ^^
How tall are you?
To those interested bar risers are already available for this model (Helibars or CNC Moto)
I'm 6"/6"1
Nam video!
ikke spise!
Where does it fit in today's market? It's for tall riders like me at 6ft 6 that love sport bikes but look like an ape on tricycle on a regular sport bike.
Long live thr Busa!
I guess the Busa could be very attractive for taller people like yourself. I Hadn't really thought of that.. Thanks for sharing mate!
BUSA BRO
"Hayabusa not one of the fastest bikes out there" let's see :
0-60mph in 2.78 seconds, quarter mile in 9.7 seconds, 186 mph top speed.
0-60mph in 3.1 seconds, quarter mile in 10.1 seconds, 186 mph 2021 Fireblade SP
Only from 200 to 300kmh the Fireblade clearly beats a stock 2022 Hayabusa.
And stock the Gen 3 Hayabusa beats it's gen 1 and gen 2 counterparts.
I love the Busa, but I prefer the ZX14 for comfort is MUCH MUCH comfortable and more wind protection.
"Mandatory BUSA comment"
Mandatory TURBO follow-up ;)
