很難，我曾和手足參與一團隊，據說是台北很有名的廟宇，可是我們那一團一個成功的案例也沒有，那團有近30人.
因為母親往生後全部的家人都夢到母親，所以冒險想去看看能否見到亡母希望能為她做些什麼.
我覺得三毛是少數成功的案例，要頻道相同，不容易.
我甚至覺得觀靈人自己的想像空間是部份原因.
我和家人完全沒有一點異樣的感覺.
遇到有緣的法師或者能成功觀靈都不容易。

觀靈對身心有一定要求,需要較好的體力與定力。60歲後或許會比較吃力些,不過關鍵還是要看個人狀況。建議您先諮詢有經驗的師父,聽聽他們的意見
