SanAndreas Black Project Dupe with Submission

Black Project duped with submission = Black Project X2 (one instance get stuck at the mission initial cutscene? and when unstucked it continue the mission normally). This is possible because missions like Grove4life, Ice Cold Killa, Yay Ka-Boom-Boom, Ran Fa Li, Black Project do not set $ONMISSION flag to 1 directly.

probably it's stuck on "if_not_cutscene_data_loaded" offset so Idk
