Her voice is pure and without artifice. She has no gimmicks or additives. She sounds like she’s smiling and it’s a genuine and beautiful smile. Top female vocalist IMHO.
I cannot believe I have not heard of this beautiful soul before. She’s so incredibly talented musically and vocally, she’s simply perfection!
Her voice is clean and clear.....no auto tune .....most singers can’t hold a candle to her!

A couple of years ago, I was reduced to a quivering mass of blubbering tears when she performed this at Dartmouth's Spaulding Auditorium. It's just the most heartbreaking, yet inspiring song I've ever heard, and this lady can sing it like an angel. Absolutely stunning!

I've just discovered her from watching a 2017 interview with Linda Ronstadt who is a fan of this lady, and Dirk Powell is a very talented musician who has worked and travelled a lot with the great Joan Baez. Great singer this gal!!!

Rhiannon is good, but if you take away that clarion voice, fiddle playing, banjo picking, basically savant like skill playing anything with strings, pure raw musicality, her soulful melodies, devastating lyrics... sorry, I forgot where I was going with this.
