    Been there dude, I fell out of self improvement a few weeks ago, I’m back on the grind 110% wiser and better. Stick to the very fundamentals of self improvement for an extended period of time (2 weeks), by the end of that duration, you’ll realize the better position you have in life and that positive feedback will later turn into a loop of itself that creates that momentum or flow that makes the grind fun and fulfilling.

    Thank you for sharing your struggles; I've been having the same problem as well with being on my phone a lot and getting tired of it. Your video came out at the right time and gives me hope that I'm not the only one having trouble. And please remember that we are all human, so as long as we get right back up again, then we're doing so much better now that we're able to leave our previous mistakes in the past.     I mean everytime you fell out of self improvement and you start again, yourent starting from zero, you're basically starting with a ton of experience, and that makes a big difference, and monk mode get more optimized and better with each time I'm starting and it sure does help.

    Also on monkmode (started august 14)
    Until new year I will not:
    Go on social media
    No porn/ jerk off
    No going out/ drink/ restaurant
    No sugar and caffeine (currently failed with those but trying to limit it)
    No dead weights ( cutting down negative people)
    No movies, no music, no CZcams
    What can I do:
    Daily sports ( gym or martial arts)
    Meditate 1-2 x a day
    Read 1 h a day or listen to an audiobook
    Plan up to 10 meetings for a business every week.
    Eat up to 6 meals a day
    Lose body fat
    Make more money

    I was once told "LiFE is a roller-coaster, you just got to keep rolling". Even thru the ups and downs, terrifying & exiting moments we always got to appreciate the downs as much as the ups cause they are all part of the "learning life" experience.     This is something I had struggeled with recently aswell. Only for a day though, but I did also break my nofap streak, watched netflix with my sister while eating junk food for like 6 hours. It is important to have low points, because it reminds you why you started in the first place and creates a learning experience. This is what Jung meant by implementing your shadow and "A tree that reaches to heaven has its roots in hell". I am grateful for all the years I was an unhappy, depressed and resentful human being, as only those years thought me what my personal hell really was.

    Ok I'll also join in this journey! I really need dopamine detox and discipline in my life!! I'll start dopamine detox from March 16 to 12th April..!
    1. I'll not use CZcams and what's app I don't have Instagram anyways!
    2. I'll wake up early (between 5am-6am)
    3. I'll meditate during sun rise!
    4.I'll eat good food and gain weight...!
    5. I'll study well and complete my syllabus as planned..!
    I promise I'll be accountable and i'll come back here!!

    Keeping your phone in a separate room is key. I've fallen off the train as well. Mainly concerning my CZcams consumption since I've been making videos the past 2 months.

    People shouldn't do monk mode. They should build the habits and create the identity of a monk. It becomes who you are not some mode that you get into.
