God places certain things in our life to TEACH us what we need to learn, even though sometimes his teaching can be harsh! That does not mean we are to quit on Him and blame him for everything! He is trying to better us and we won’t be able to see that until we trust Him completely!
Yes, God is all powerful, but He also gives man a free will. He will not force anyone to do right: we all have a choice. Sometimes, when people make wrong choices and sin, it affects others in the worst way possible, but we can't blame it on God. It is our sin that brings bad things into our lives. God also allows certain trials into our lives to grow us, but it is always for our good. God will use the bad things that happen for good for those that are saved and love him, and even though we can't see it now, one day we will.
@AdrenoTalks Death exists because of sin. The Bible says, "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." I am NOT saying that those health care workers died because God was punishing them for their sin. The pandemic was a man made thing that caused the deaths of many people. As a healthcare worker myself, I understand the danger of my profession with all the things I'll be exposed to. But if anything happens to me, I can't blame God for that. I can't pretend I know the reason that everything happens. I just encourage you to pray to God and ask him for answers and read His word, and He can make Himself and His goodness known to you.
