    Thank you Kevin! I just got my CCNA in June and by luck got hired as a network analyst. One of my senior network engineers told me to study up on DMVPNs and this helps explain so much! You are the man!

    Wow, thank you for explaining this so clearly. I just finished highschool with ccna certification and landed a great job as a junior network admin at a great firm. I'm here 2 months and damn ccna isn't enough. You provide me with learning material to expand my knowledge thank you!!

    If the hubs have an outage for several hours, will the spokes still be able to communicate between each other?

  • @mannylenis9312
    @mannylenis9312 Před 4 lety +1

    Kevin, do you always need a tunnel going back to the HQ

    • @kwallaceccie
      @kwallaceccie  Před 4 lety +1

      Typically, you'll be using a hub-and-spoke topology, where we have a GRE tunnel going back to the "hub," which is HQ in our example. That allows all of the "spoke" sites to send network advertisements over their GRE tunnels going back to the hub. The hub then advertises that information to the other hubs.

    Hey Sr. I just know about computer support and some basic principles of networking, but I want to get into it, I love networks. I just bought the new 200-301 official guide from cisco website, any other suggestion for me? I want to be a master on this
