Also moments like 33:00 was awkward but i don't think it's about hes experience more like communication problem , he looked doubtfull most of the time not fully syncronized with team.
The real reason is because of miracle. Miracle is overrated and is no longer good. If nigma can permanently replace and kick miracle out of the team, the team will continue to fight for glory.

no time dilation is not that strong with ranged heroes if he cant reach to them. Plus there is clock who would always tried to cog him and boom there is no time walk jump escape for 20 sec if only 1skill point
