Yeah. I'm disappointed with how the whole trilogy ended (even if that was the plan, it still felt hollow for me). However, it did help bring attention to one of the best actors of this generation. Even if the trilogy wasn't the best showcase of Adam's talent (then again, when has Star Wars ever been known for showcasing acting?).

for me, it's him and jake gyllenhaal. they both are given such high praise by their fans/people who take interest in their movies and the people they work with and are genuinely brilliant in everything they do, and yet because Adam was in Star Wars and Jake is attractive and did one romantic comedy, the general public tends to write them off as not having any real talent. and they both have gotten snubbed for awards that they DEFINITELY shouldve won or at least been nominated for.

Adam is 36 years old, and at the beginning of the series Snape is actually 32, so, like, if you really want to be loyal to the books, Adam Driver wouldn't be a young Snape but just a regular Snape lol
(Which I actually would prefer bc the movies aged up the characters SO much. Lily and James were 21 when they died, and yet they looked over their thirties on the flashbacks, which took away a lot of the punch of their deaths to me. Being incredibly young was their whole ordeal. Same about Snape, Lupin and Sirius. They all look 50 when they're supposed to be 30, but it's not something that bothers me much in comparison with James and Lily)

We're supposed to get Leos Carax' musical "Annette" soon. He was in the middle of shooting Ridley Scott's "The Last Duel" with Matt Damon before COVID-19 shut everything down. And it was announced he would work with "Midnight Special" and "Mud" director, Jeff Nichols on a project called "Yankee Comandante" about an American who joined in the Cuban Revolution in the '50's.

Most celebrities try to be “perfect” but he doesn’t. He has his flaws and that is what I find so gorgeous about him. He has a deep voice that is easy to listen to, which doesn’t often happen in deep voiced people (no offende to you). He has that atmosphere that you think that he would be the type of person to look after you when you are sick, not just a relationship buddy. I also respect his efforts to keep his personal life away from the public.
