Engine power is really something. As a former USair ramp agent was in back of a 767 with Engine idol. Was still very powerful, thrust almost blew me over. Very strong.
Certified ramp wagie moment. Stay ahead of the funni red line up front, kids.
I live not far from the closed air base in Oscoda Michigan, where the Mythbusters ran up the engines on a 747 in for service. They were blowing busses around like toys.

the jets were following the p51, it wasn’t “keeping up” with them, they slowed down for it because it cannot ‘keep up’

“Taking off close together”. That’s known as a “formation takeoff”

Great video brother keep them coming from the imperial co California
Vertical separation here looks normal. Rules call for 1000 feet sep when below FL290 and 2000 feet sep when above FL290. Pilots don’t just eyeball it as they’re cruising alone. The FL is worked out in the flight plan well before departure. It can change but others will know.
Nope. FL290 to FL410 is RVSM airspace. I.e, separation has to be 1000 feet as per rules and regulations. Any other flight level apart from RVSM is called CVSM and the separation has to be 2000 feet with reciprocal traffic.
Luckily no one was injured
01:16 was soooo 🤗 cute
It reminded me of when little kids.. try to 'run' to keep up with the adults.
Whereas the adults/ their parents are simply walking fast
The aircraft making the heart was probably the Hi-Fly A380 that Sam Chui was on
wow stunning collection thx 😍
"taking off really close together" is known as "taking off in formation" just so you know.
I was in the plane in the first clip too ;))) few rows behind though
Its nice how the red arrows got involved with something so far from home.
Amazing video
Great video. All segments were sharp and shot in landscape mode. 👍🏻
I bet reverse thrust on that wet runway would look super cool!
nice selection videos. Not sure the p-51 was keeping up with them though, I imagine if they went for it, the P-51 would have been left behind.

Do airplane manufacturers stick with one company's engines, usually?
Not at all. You find the same model aircraft with a continental or a lycoming, just depends what the original owner wanted. Now those are also your only 2 choices
For the big jets...yes, for the plane model.
B777 will all have the same engine
I think.
@@truckerhershey7042 yes i mean big jets. Does boeing always go with pratt? Airbus with rolls? I don't know much
@@truckerhershey7042 not exactly, some models yes, but some will come with several options, the choice depends on the airline, they will select the engine depending on efficiency, power etc for the role they need it for and also if they already use that engine on other aircraft in their fleet,
in addition the engine manufacturers offer different warranties or even fly by hour deals where they lease the engine to the airline and do all repairs and service whilst replacing the engine with another, letting the aircraft get back in service quicker
Air New Zealand went with Rolls engines for their 787's, they should have gone with the alternative P&W as the rolls engines had a bad habit of shedding turbine blades.

It’s incredible that the P51 managed to keep ahead of the F-22 and F-35. I know they were going slower than usual but it’s still incredible.
it's called adjusting the throttle. the P-51 can hit over 400mph, the jets are controllable at that speed all they have to do is back off. piece of cake.
Yay Swiss Army! I'm from Switzerland!
I don't think that big plane had to worry about hydroplaning on that wet runway. 😆
It can as easily hydroplane as a small airplane. 🤷🏻♂️
Not surprised the P51 keeping up the F-22 and F-35.. It has a top speed of 441 and if modded , even in the 500 plus range.

The only things you need is lucaaas and daily dose of internet.
Crop duster helicopters often land on top of their fuel trucks.
Here's a tutorial how you too can fly in a formation with a fighter jet:
Go to an airfield, and find an older plane. Like at least a 50 yo plane. Do a few trick and get inside the plane. Push the mixture stick in, and rip out some cables under this magneto switch, that has a keyhole in it. The just go spin the prop until it keeps spinning (parking break is recommended). Then go into the cockpit. Control the plane with the pedals and gas. Go to the end of the runway and apply full throttle. Accelerate till the speedometer hits green, then gently pull back on the sitck/yoke. Keep the speed at green but at the lower end of the green (when the speed starts accelerating you can pull nose up a little more to start climbing). Climb like this for a while. When you are like at 1 000 feet level the plane, and reduce the throttle a little. Then find this device with 4 numbers and some sort of wheels next to them that change the numbers. Make sure this device is set to "on", and use the wheels to change the code into 7500. Fly towards a city with some skyscrapers. Hopefully a fighter jet will appear next to you.
Side effects (nothing too serious to really worry about):
you may get shot down and die, or crash and die, or if you land you'll be arrested and out to jail
All is going well until one of the jets mess up and crashes into all of them
You could immediately tell those weren’t American F-18 Pilots by how loose their formation was.
not exactly blue angles is it? I think there's a reason the 3rd guy is out at the end of the echelon... "Lenny, you stay over there... and behind us!" "ok, George, whatever you say George... I can still tend the rabbits right George!?!?"
You should add chapters.
1:39 I knew it happened on17 Nov 22. I really like the way how they do formation flying all over the Dubai city to show all people the brightest.

Because the guys on the plane had graduated graduated to the swiss army or air force. I think it was air force but is kind of a nice thing to do.
Interesting that the Swiss bought a McDonnell-Douglas naval fighter, considering they are a land-locked country. Cheers!

Few weeks ago, There was one flight Going to China over India and some fake bomb warning was heard, Indian fighter jets escorded that plane safely out of the airspance and found out meanwhile that the alert was for some other plane of Pakistan.
More like F-22 and F-35 flying as slow as a P-51 and not falling out of the sky.
First clip looks like a sim
How do the escort jets match speed and elevation to the commercial jet?
Why aren't they affected by wake turbulence? They are following it right below the wing where the wakes dissipate
The fighter jets?
Because they're stacked in a certain way and or a ton of training into formation flying
I am pretty sure it is a video game/flight simulator.
What is "reconohs filiation"?
I’d love to get the jaas gripen in Microsoft but it’s £21
Just look out the window and see some fighter jets. I’ll get my camera out then.
3 jets? they supposed to be 2. I assume they were already in the air doing something else when they got called.
Dude this is sus the title says the plane is being intercepted but in the video he says it’s being escorted like bro idk what to trust
This is ironic because I just finished a roleplay on roblox as an escort for the president's 747 together with 3 other guys. Best flight I've ever done so far.
