No actually they have there own tower sights and actually Tmobile use them for most of there roaming but US Cellular supposedly made a deal with Verizon recently and has decided to cut Tmobile.

I Tested My Razr V3 And It Works and it used to overheat but it dosent do it anymore and the Razr only works On the charger
