I’m not gonna lie; the theme is giving Christmas holiday movie 🤣🤣. Big time lawyer visits small country town to check out the house her late grandmother inherited to her. Meets the country boy who she doesn’t get along with at first but he helps her with the house, and they end up falling in love lol.
And of course her grandmother’s creditors are also trying to shut down the town’s traditional Christmas celebration, and the country boy loves Christmas and is so sad they’ve no place to hold it this year, so Jasmine kicks off her revival of ranch events by throwing a Christmas party and inviting the whole town and after some big confrontation of some sort country boy catches her under the mistletoe and either some little old lady or a cute young boy points this out to everyone, and they kiss as credits roll… 😂

I love that she’s a former lawyer, just cause so many Black families lose their farms and ranches. So I like the idea she’s using her legal knowledge to keep this land and maybe helps her neighbors with legal aid too, maybe falls in love with a neighbor she’s helping…

• Every 1500 she can add another animal (bird/goat/sheep) 2000 for a cow or llama or alpaca
• First 3000$ she can fix the green house
• When she gets 5000$ she can start replacing appliances in the house and renovating the entire ranch
Once she’s done all the renovations… then she can start working on getting the horses
I'm not even nowhere close to halfway but girl I'm gwtting Stardew Valley vibes from this and I love it as someone who literally JUST got off the game on playing bc how late it is rn (its almost 11pm rn) and has been playing it of two different modded saves for the past two weeks

Loving this new LP and u forgot sh had food in the fridge already and i think once she start repairing the Ranch is when these lot traits should start disappearing and she should def start selling things she grows to make money to hire a farm hand. she should def start that asap if she doesn't wanna touch icky things but the creepy crawlers should be the 1 lot trait to disappear and once she start fixing appliance or plumbing at least 2 or 3 times thn the gremlin trait should disappear but leave the smelly trait because after all she on a ranch with smelly animals and things. Start having her go to bed earlier so she can woke up refresh and ready

Next time if anything breaks to save some money if she doesn’t fix it herself just hire a repair person instead of paying to replace. Have her get better at keeping up with her own needs since she’s bougie and was an attorney she should have an organized schedule and starts her day with self-care. Make her wake up at 5am and get to bed by 10pm so she gets full rest Dee and make sure when she cooks always put her food right in the fridge so she can save money on cooking and not waste money from it spoiling. When she’s bored let her enjoy her laptop writing a book or in her journal about her experience taking over the ranch. Next time the bar tender won’t work, control her and make her tend the bar.
