I adore your concept and design in small plot size!
could you create a design in east face plot at 33 by 48 plot with aprox. cost as per vastu !
including: underground 4 to 5 cars parking, 2 storey building with home theater, gym setup and 4 BHK house with your signature interior design. Kitchen and two bedroom should be in Ground floor and two at first.
Greenery should be first proiority
