So happy I found this video. I was dreading replacing the diaphragm because all the tutorials showed you have to take damn near the entire machine apart!! It took 35 minutes and works perfectly. I'm charging for the next one!! lol THANK YOU!

Thank you for the video. To everyone slamming you for not talking: (🖕). I found I found the video very helpful. If you are capable of replacing the seal yourself, you don't need an audile walkthrough. I was able to replace mine in about 30 min from start to finish, never disassembling my machine. I have a flexwash with the top unit and did not want to remove it from the laundry room and take it apart. I was finished with the whole thing in the time it would have taken me to just get the damn thing into another room. Thanks again for the great video.

Wow. I feel exactly same way. I also have a flexwash and did not want to breakdown the entire machine. I did a mad search through a lot of videos looking for our another way! Thank you. Tried it and it worked.

I lobe that you did this without the removal of all the surrounding crap. Although after the first time through it wasn't much trouble 4 me I'll admit.. But i will consider doing without should i get another chance while my mind is still fresh on it.

Much easier people if you remove the top and front panel an extra 10 minutes to do this but you ensure the clamps are secure and aligned properly..... This video is an example on how not to do it....

It depends on the space and the washer. For one, we have a top washer section on top of the front loader so you can't "just take the top off" in 10 minutes. My laundry room is a tight fit so to get to the back of the unit to take it apart. You have to either remove the washer or dryer from the room entirely. Again, not a 10 minute job. This is a perfectly good way to fix it.

Folks, I tried this method and found out that putting the wire back around inner side of the boot is not easy at all - the weights will get in the way, you lack visibility to place the boot lip in place all around etc.. I did the proper way just as shown at czcams.com/video/PGRC8L4QtF0/video.html
