Ive heard good things about these MST CMX rigs and let me tell you they are fantastic little trucks!. I highly recommend one for your first crawler/trail truck. Its a great mix of performance and scale looks. And even the lexan body is pretty cool (for lexan) lol.
Watch as I unbox it and bash it around for a bit with a 3S Lipo. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
There a great little truck! I have one with a ProLine Sumo body on it. I've had zero problems or failures with it in over 2 years!
I have the CMX and I love it. I do have a Tamiya wrangler body on it, 35T motor, and RC4WD shocks on it and it runs great.
You should definitely think about getting the Enduro night runner Because they are amazing scale truck
Have a CMX Bronco, it's a great little rig. I like the steering angle and short wheelbase the best, all around great chassis. Nice video as well, really neat to see one tearing around in the gravel. 👍
they have so much potential. My first crawler was a Mst Cmx kit with motor esc.
Like the short wheelbase. Some bigger tires with chunky lugs and you're in good shape. -"Angry" Dave
Love the jimny, my favourite car
It really is a nice truck i have the MST-CFX 1/10 scale kit and the motor and transmission are located in the front of the chassis and i love it gives you three options for wheel base and it came with the FJ-CRUISER BODY
Haha...thats sick! It looks exactly like my 1:1 Jimny. Dang...now I have to pick one up just for kicks XD
such a cool rig might have to pick myself up one
Nice littel rig and I hear good things about MST I will have to go look for it. Thank you for the Video.
Great review man!! I have a friend that whole heartedly believes in MST. Really good lil rigs.
That little thing is pretty badass for stock
I just ordered the cfx kit version of the Jimny! It will be my only lexan body as well
Basher Trail Truck..Sweet!
With the kit u can change the wheel base short to long baby!!
This is a nice rig ive always wanted one myself but its confirmed ill be getting one. Its a great looking truck and could be fun to mod over time. Looking 4ward to what you do to it i have my ideas.👍👍👌
Which one you thinking of getting? I've had the FJ 40 kit sitting around since Christmas. I'm worried about building it cause of the severe nueropathy in my hands. I drop damn near everything I touch and have no feeling in my hands. Sucks should've just got the RTR.
@@rcintro1489 FJ40 from MST CMX? Its a decent trailctruck for sure. Why dony9 you have something for sale? I only have one rig right now my Trx4 sport. I might be able to get something from you fro the right price.
I dig the little intro 😎
Cool looking truck dude
Neat little truck.
Looks very cool. Didn’t know Banggood sold MST’s. Good video.
I got a kit sitting in the other room. I gotta get it built.
Nice review man! Respect for the techtalk. I'm a mechanic, so it is important to me. I really like your style!
This looks nice, thanks for doing the video. The only problem for me is that for about the same price I can buy the Traxxas TRX4 which has way more features such as portals, two speed transmission, and remote locking/unlocking diffs. And for a little less than what BG wants for this vehicle you can buy the MST CFX-W which much better because it has portals, planetary gearbox, and aluminum oil filled shocks. I `m trying to decide on the MST CFX-W with the Jeep JP1 body or the Traxxas TRX4 kit with no body. Both are a little under US$400.
Completely understand my friend. I had a TRX4 for a bit and it was a great crawler right out of the box.
11:29 so aggressive :O =)))))
Keep the Jimmy body on it I find it really cool on its own
Hey i got a brand new cfx kit & throw u a servo & motor a body and a set of lights for $250 ... In atl area will list on c list soonz.. 1 of the best kits I've seen all metal gears and crazy amount of extra's in kit wheels motors 2 sets of shocks..
you may like the cfx more, for the front mounted motor so you can put an interior in.
Nice vid!! I wanna buy one now!😂
Fun factor is important. I actually looked at buying a real Suzuki crawler, but they wanted way too much for something no longer street legal. MST does have some cool looking kits.
Take the front axle apart and loctite the pinion screw. Other then that run the heck out of it.
Thanks for doing this vid. I'm debating about getting into rc crawling as so many seem to be doing it, and it's one of the only rc types that I don't own (ie crawler truck)....but as an entry level rc, at almost £350 thats pretty steep for what is an entry level truck. Admittedly, its probably got some tie in with Suzuki but still for entry level thats quite steep. I paid £180 for a 2wd 1/10 Slash (admittedly it was a brushed model but still I upgraded to brushless and total still came in under £250. Guess I'll have to keep looking or buy second hand.
But all that said thanks for posting the vid...deffinitely makes me want to get a crawler at some point hahaha 👍🙏
Wanting to get one to bash it around and things like that. Just wondering if its waterproof and what scale it is.
These are 1/10 scale. Not sure how water proof it is. I really never get my rigs wet
Hi rc everyday.
I've got this Jimny in yellow and was wondering is there much point in upgrading the bushes for rubber sealed bearings as I'm just gonna use this as a little crawler rig.
I dont have one, but u should upgrade it to a bearing kit.
@@konkor9940 thanks I have done I've been slowly modifying mine haven't even taken it out yet as weather crap.
@@alexhardwick2855 nice! Do u like it so far?
@@konkor9940 yea as it's an awesome looking rig and just as good looking as an axial rig just only thing that lets it down to an axial rig is no metal links but it's expected with the price.
Hi man love your video was wondering if I cud get a shout out for my bday tomorrow
whats the WB on that body? might look good on my sons barrage!
It's the MST CMX 242mm wheelbase. Most of the Tamiya CC01 bodies fit on MST chassis.
Wow Banggood is carrying brands like MST now? MST is good stuff! I don't even consider that entry-level as MST is a full-on hobby grade brand.
is there any place to buy used hobby rc's other than fb market an craigslist?
My local hobby shop sells some used rigs on consignment. But never a lot of them. Ebay is the next best place but I dont find many budget rigs there, usually high dollar custom builds.
@@RCeveryday ok will have to ask my hobby shop if do. thanx
where to oder ?
There is a link in the video description as well as a coupon code.
Damn it run fast for a crawler...
Seems decent .....I had bad experience with banggood so kinda ify on there products
Understandable, but this is made by MST and they have been making scale RC trucks for quite a while now with a good reputation of quality. To me this is the same quality as the axial scx10.
Cool man wasn't tring to bash banggood or anything just telling u ...I'm still new to the scale world so I'm open to different companies. ..cool little truck ...surprisingly fast to
No worries buddy, they got a bad wrap for selling some crap but they are really trying to get more quality RC products. Welcome to the scale community!
This thing is super awesome Mate!!!!!!!!
But it is pretty overpriced if you ask me.
Es escala 1:10?
yes, 1:10
I liked the video but, for $430.00........ nah.
I agree~! Not $430 for it.
@@jjm2948 Same website? I need to look into that~! Maybe my next purchase for that price, lol.
サムネ見た時は本物のジムニーかと思ったよ!😄
