i commissioned a gfx banner artist and they did the wrong username, I checked our guilded conversation, and did the correct username, i tried to tell them, and they blocked me. the quality wasnt even what they said it would be, it was 1800 robux. 😭💀
okay so i’m going to go out on a whim here and say this video is about me and i am actually so upset and just overall annoyed at you for this. so many things to go through right now.
1. you asked me to make you a watermark that was just like my example but with some slight changes to make it different, which is exactly what i did. i used the colours you asked for, i used the overlays you said you definitely still wanted. i didn’t add certain overlays and added different overlays.
2. the ONE other person who ordered a watermark from me in that specific style and wanted it like the example provided ordered weeks before you did therefore i should have refused to do what you requested because it would have been the same as theirs. however i didnt in pure fear you would make a video about me calling me rude etc
3. i make all of my watermarks and commissions in general from scratch. it is not a “watermark template” they all start with blank text they’re all made specially when i receive the commission. the reason it looked similar is because both of you requested your watermarks to look like my example.
4. personally i found you quite rude when you dmed me. i specify when advertising NOT to dm me (which you did) you didn’t fill out the form and made it quite stressful for me because i have autism. i need things to be a certain way to be able to cope and not get overwhelmed which is why i use the google form. not just you dming me knowing from my advertisement i had said not to but also the fact you were just so like rude and like i had been wasting your time when you commissioned me? the dryness and bland behaviour was not something i expected from you after your video persona.
5. i do say on my website (which you would have known if you had actually looked at it and read my TOS) that if you’re unhappy with something about your commission and i am actually able to alter it then let me know respectfully and i will do so, which you did not. not to mention this commission was weeks ago and you have actually used the watermark since then.
overall i’m incredibly upset and actually cried upon hearing the start of this video because i instantly knew it was about me. it is not fair to make a video on something like this and claim i “scammed you” or “ripped you off” when i did exactly what you asked me to do and you didn’t tell me to change anything you didn’t like. it’s harmful to me and my commissions when you spread this kind of information without full context

Hey there, if you'd liked to address your concern please reach out to me! I tried to dm you on Guilded prior but it says your dms are off and you have no other contact method listed.
I don't feel as though what you've stated is an accurate representation of what happened, and the full dm logs show that I was never rude to you, I never saw anything that I couldn't "dm you", you never mentioned I shouldn't have dmed you and I DID fill out the form. The watermark I liked listed as an "example" was not communicated to have already been sold to someone else, the text on it literally said "example" so it would be assumed it was a example. I think it would have helped clear up any misconceptions if the watermark would have had the original clients name on it so I would have known it has already been used. I would have certainly reached out to discuss this privately, but again, your dms say they aren't open and I don't use Discord so I don't know how I'm expected to reach out, or what impression it implies when I could dm you previously, and now it's saying I can't.
I'm not fully sure why you're misrepresenting what happened. I was nothing but nice to you, and I was accused of "copying watermarks" and having "stolen" someone's work because my watermark was the same as someone else's.
I have a screen shot of your terms of service and not once does it mention how to contact you if there's an issue, additionally, it doesn't say not to dm you, and also states "no refunds or redos". I don't know how else that could be interpreted other than you'd be unwilling to redo a watermark when it was a copied watermark from someone else.
You already have my Guilded contact if you chose to message me, or can contact me by business email should that work better for you!
@@toastrbx i felt as if you were rude based on your messages. that’s how i felt and how it came across to me and i am fully allowed to feel that way.
i have spread no misinformation or misinterpreted anything because i have stated every fact possible. for you to say it’s not an “accurate representation” when it is exactly what happened and you know full well that it is true is honestly icky
the example watermark WAS an example. it was within a group of 4-5 watermarks i made as example before i opened my watermark commissions. someone saw it and liked it and wanted their watermark done the same. i do not have to disclose other peoples orders to anyone because it’s nobody else’s business. yours was made with differences like you asked me to do.
i do not want to discuss this privately with you because all i wanted to do was comment the full context with all the facts that you completely left out and leave. the fact i even had to comment anything is just upsetting because your entire video was extremely vague and made me out to be a scammer and you claimed i “ripped you off” which i didnt.
i do not do refunds because i have had people walk all over me and take advantage of the fact i would give refunds if unsatisfied which would end up with me losing robux because i would pay the tax they lost and them walking away with more robux and a free gfx.
as for the redos, my current website does not say anything about redoing because i very recently decided to switch back to 2d gfxs instead of scenes. the website you used was my old website and that said on the i believe second to last TOS that if you were unsatisfied with something and asked me respectfully to change it i would. ive had people ask me to change things and i have changed it for them.
regarding a comment you made in reply to someone else i do not actually need to link my discord or guilded for “issues” because all people need to do is fill out a form and i will contact them first. i do not check dms so it is pointless for me to tell people they can dm me and then they get ignored because i haven’t read it. there is a box on my form labelled “any other information i may need” that is incase there is an issue that someone desperately needs to tell me before i contact them (which has never happened). i also have my discord server linked on my website, i have my youtube which has all my social media linked and my business email so if there is ever a point where someone does really need to contact me before i contact them to confirm their commission they have multiple options.
i am sorry someone claimed you stole someone’s watermark but i can honestly say i am not sorry for allowing someone else to have a watermark they wanted especially when they commissioned before you.
i do not appreciate your audacity to make a video about me claiming i ripped you off and then you telling ME my explanation and full context is not an accurate representation of what happened.
I'm happy to remove my video if you'd like to have a mature conversation about the commission and whatever miscommunication has occurred. I have posted our full dms publicly so people can clearly see I was never rude as you're claiming. It is your job, as an artist to be upfront and honest with your clients. I didn't call you out by name, didn't even show your watermark. My intention isn't to create issues, but to defend myself against allegations I "stole a watermark". I hope going forward you're more transparent with your clients. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to resolve this privately, at which point I'll have no issue removing my video. It is your job to ensure your TOS are up to date and accurate, clients can't read your mind or magically find TOS that were never shared with them / directly contradict TOS you already provided to them. @@redarrino
@@toastrbx i would like you to remove the video. like i said i do not have to disclose other peoples orders with other clients because it is not their business. if you choose to do that with your clients fine but there is so requirement to disclose clients orders to other clients.
like i also said the TOS was there when you ordered. it is not on my current website because i switched to a new one about 4 days ago. i have a screenshot of my old website that is currently private and it very clearly states that i send the finished product for the client to check and if they want something changed to let me know, which is exactly what i did with you which you didn’t actually mention at any point.
if you recall i sent you a watermarked version and asked if there was anything you wanted me to change or add, and you replied with “yeah that works”
regarding the rudeness. like i said i am fully allowed to have an opinion and my opinion was that you were rude and i even took screenshots to send to my boyfriend because i was actually so surprised about the way you spoke to me because it wasn’t what i was expecting. the way you acted was as if i had wasted your time and kept you waiting for days, it was that very dry dull kind of conversation that made me extremely uncomfortable and wondered why you were even commissioning me in the first place. i am fully allowed to view it however i want because that’s how i felt.
you’re more than welcome to post screenshots of our conversations, i have nothing to hide because i know i am not in the wrong. i know i did not rip you off or scam you.
commissions are paid. i am not going to refuse to make someone a commission in the way they want it just because someone has one similar. nobody should have to pay for a commission that isn’t how they want it
i would appreciate it if you could take the video down and then the issue is resolved and doesn’t have to be mentioned again

I said I really liked one of the examples and clarified I didn’t want the watermark to be resold and asked that one detail at least be changed so it was original. Based on the watermarks I was sent, the artist disregarded my request. Had I known people who receive the exact same watermark, I wouldn’t have ordered. I’ll be sure to double check people don’t intend on reselling the same watermark when I order going forward, seems like a miscommunication but disappointing still since I really loved it! ❤

Hey Toast so the person who allegedly "ripped ypu off" made a response in the comments and i really hope you understand them i actually am still going to buy a commission from them when i buy robux because their work is amazing but the reason why there was one that looked exactly like your is because the other person that order that wanted to make it look like that (sorry if my sentence doesn't make sense to you ;-;) please look at the person you had commissioned comment to understand everything. I did read their TOS, I can't contact them if Guilded says their dms are off :( They have nothing written in their TOS that addresses how to contact them if there's an issue, and they also state "no refunds or redos".
