You are the first person other than myself that I have seen fry their broccoli in ghee/butter until it browns and gets wilted and crispy on the outside yet still al dente in the middle with a crunch. Most people I know just boil it or steam it, blah yuk. Just this simple methode as is without the eggs and potatoes is also a fantastic way to serve broccoli as a side dish. It's an explosion of flavor and texture, soft and delicate on the outside with crisp florets and yet still al dente crunchy stems. I do use either ghee or butter, but I do prefer using butter. It still contains the milk solids that give the browned butter that extra nuttyness and flavor profile. It's all about that maillard reaction in food that many people don't understand. Broccili cooked this way is one of my top 10 favorite foods. Great video btw...... still would like to try your recipe. It looks fantastic.

Titel: "Schnelles Brokkolirezept aus nur 1 Kartoffel! " ... Haeh???? Die Videos an sich sind ja wirklich nett und entspannend, aber die Titel sind schon sehr grenzwertig. Auch wenn ich zum 23ten Mal lese, dass Kohl besser ist als Fleisch... so langsam nervt das.
