House appears well maintained. It's odd that such a small bedroom would have its own bathroom. Backyard is inviting. The flooring is taste specific but doable.
This place has good curb appeal, and being within walking distance of the village is an asset. It's been well cared for but you'll want to do some redecorating. A clever architect/builder might make better use of the kitchen/dining room/bedroom area to create a larger master suite and a kitchen/diner. It's quite functional the way it is, but it has the potential to be even better!

There is not much I would change there. Some paint and flooring. It has really great rooms
