Fresh basil leaves 5p (estimate)
Tomatoes (sugarbelle) £2 (finest range)
Sourdough Crackers £2.50 (x16)- serves 4
1/2 block of vintage cheddar £1.90 (finest range)
Butter 30p
Total 🟰 8.22 for 4 people
= £2.05 each
Could be made for less than £1 each by using the value range rather than the finest range.
And it's UPF free!
